Delivery/Carriage Charges & Services

Here at TEI, our aim is to make buying online as convenient as possible, which

means offering a wide range of delivery (sometimes called carriage) options for you

to choose from. Delivery charges vary depending on:

the delivery address of your goods (your region)

the delivery service you choose (such as on a specific day, within a 3 working day

range, pre noon delivery etc), and the total weight of your order

Your total charge for delivery, along with all the different delivery options we're able

to offer for any particular order, will always be clearly displayed at the checkout,

however the information below gives a general overview of our delivery charging

structure.

To work out your delivery charge, please firstly select a delivery region from the drop

down list below. You'll then need to choose either a 'Scheduled Delivery' or an 'Un-

Scheduled Delivery' to see the relevant delivery options for each.

Channel Islands - Un-Scheduled Delivery

Un-Scheduled Delivery means just that... unfortunately it's not possible for us to

deliver your order on a specific date, or within a specific 3 working day range, usually

because we can't process your order straight away. Perhaps an item on your order is

out of stock, or maybe we're awaiting authorisation of your payment? In instances like

this, we'll despatch your order as soon as we can, but can't guarantee delivery on a

specific date.

Un-Scheduled Delivery charges are displayed in the table below for orders where the

total weight is less than 9999.0 Kilograms and the total order value is over £149 inc

vat.

Channel Islands - Weight Surcharges

For orders where the total order weight is over the order threshold a surcharge will be

applied as below:

Here's an example

Suppose you live in Manchester (Mainland UK region); your goods weigh 8.7Kg and

you want the delivery to be between a specific date - let's say Monday, 25th January

and Wednesday, 27th January. The total charge for delivery would be:

Additional 3.7Kg of Weight over 5.0kg at £0.35 per kg       £1.30

Total delivery charge  £1.30

Additional Points To Note

Saturday delivery is not available on bulk items (over 30KG weight).

On your first order from dabs.com, it may not be possible to offer faster carriage or

timed delivery options. All available options for your specific order will be presented

at the checkout.
